At Sajhiyo.com, we are dedicated to delivering a seamless and equitable shopping experience for our customers. This Refund and Returns Policy is governed by the Consumer Protection Act of Nepal, and is designed to ensure transparency and protection for both our customers and our company.

Refunds

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return, only under the following conditions:

  • The product is defective, damaged, or different from what you ordered.
  • The item is unused, in its original packaging, with all tags and labels intact.

Important:

  • We do not accept returns on used products, undergarments, or customized items.
  • COD (Cash on Delivery) orders require a 20% advance payment of the order value to be eligible for return/refund processing.
  • For approved returns, courier charges are non-refundable and will be deducted from the total refundable amount.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved:

For COD orders, refunds will be processed only after the advance payment (20%) and product return verification.

The refund will be processed within 7–10 working days to your original payment method or via bank transfer.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale or discounted items are non-refundable unless they are damaged or incorrect upon delivery.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at janak@sajhiyo.com.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift voucher will be emailed to you.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are returning an item over NPR 2,000, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
